Membership benefits
As part of your membership, you have full access to our gym and leisure facilities, including our state-of-the-art, 30-station gymnasium with the latest machines, and our full class timetable to suit your workout goals. What’s more, you will have access to our luxury spa facilities and swimming pool in our Fusion Spa. Our wet facilities include an 18-metre indoor swimming pool, pine sauna, stone mosaic steam room, aromatherapy suite, Jacuzzi and hydro spa.
Flexible membership options
Our memberships offer flexibility to suit your requirements and budget. You have the option to pay a one-off annual membership fee or by contracted monthly direct debit installments.

Children access to pool area Monday – Friday 10 am – 12 pm / 2 pm – 6 pm and Saturday – Sunday 10 am – 6 pm.
Please note that all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years.

Opening times
- Monday to Friday: 6:30 am – 9 pm (Changing facilities close 9:30 pm)
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am – 7 pm (Changing facilities close 7:30 pm)
- Bank Holidays operate on weekend hours
- Children can use the pool: Monday – Friday between 10.00am – 12.00pm and 2.00pm – 6.00pm. Saturday – Sunday 10am – 6pm.
- (Pool closed for aqua aerobics) Monday & Wednesday – 10:30am – 11:00am
