Gym & Leisure Facilities

Fusion Spa & Wellness offers an extensive range of facilities including a 30-station gymnasium, cardiovascular and resistance machines from the latest Life Fitness range, along with a free weights area.

 

Gymnasium

The gymnasium is fully air-conditioned to give you maximum comfort as you work out, and to keep your mind stimulated the cardiovascular equipment features an integrated LCD screen, allowing you to catch up with your favourite channels and music.

Wet Facilties

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Friday  6.30am – 9pm (Changing facilities close 9.30pm)
  • Saturday and Sunday 7.30am – 7.00pm (Changing facilities close 7.30pm)
  • Bank Holidays operate on weekend hours
  • Children can use the pool: Monday – Friday between 10.00am – 12.00pm and 2.00pm – 6.00pm / Saturday – Sunday 10am – 6pm.(Pool closed for aqua aerobics. Monday & Wednesday – 10:30am – 11:00am)
